Guided School Tours

Astrup Fearnley Museet wish all school groups welcome to inspiring meetings with contemporary art in our current exhibitions.

Our excellent mediators adjusts the dialogue-based tour to the different ages, and all programs can be adapted to support specific curriculum areas.

The aim is to motivate the students to converse about the art works and through that learn more about the value of creative fields and artistic expressions. The meeting with contemporary art will contribute to a higher reflection on the significance of art in society and personal creative expression.

Museum tours for school groups are free of charge. The offer is for both primary- and high school.

Availability: Tuesday to Friday at 11:00, 12:00 and 13:00.
Duration: 45 minutes
Number of students: 35 students per group. Teachers must accompany the class.

If guided tours for classes is wanted outside of the listed times, the price is NOK 1050.

Cancellation must be notified 24 hours before agreed time. If this is not the case, we will have to invoice the school 1050 NOK.
